Certification to ISO 9001 by OPG results in a certificate that you can use to show current and future customers that your QMS has been independently assessed and determined, as of the time of the OPG assessment, to comply with the latest version of ISO’s quality management system standard. This is not a guarantee of product or service quality, but instead demonstrates that you have a quality system implemented that should enable you to improve quality and respond quickly and adequately to any quality issues that may arise. Lastly, an ISO 9001 certificate issued by OPG sets you apart from your competitors, who may not have any such certifications.
